My deadline for having a newsletter out has come and gone. It is still on the to do list, but with recent events it had to be put on the back burner. I will let you know when the newsletter gets pushed back up the priority ladder. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

What is YWAM?

Youth With A Mission is an international movement of Christians from many denominations dedicated to serving Jesus throughout the world. Also known as YWAM (pronounced "WHY-wam"), our calling is to know God and to make Him known. Back when YWAM began in 1960, our main focus was to get college age youth into short-term mission work and to provide them opportunities to reach out in Jesus' name. Today, we still focus on youth, and we also involve people of almost every age. Our many ministries fit into three main categories: evangelism, training and mercy ministry.
