Teams in the Field

YWAM Tyler currently has 4 teams on outreach right now.

  1. A restricted access nation in Asia – The type of work they are doing can’t be shared due to security reasons.
  2. Haiti – The team is working with villages hit hard by hurricanes last year.  They have built a school/church for a suffering village.  They are also headed into some remote areas to bring the gospel to tribal people.
  3. Costa Rica – The team is doing relief work in areas that were affected by the earthquake in January of this year.  They are also working with tribal people in remote parts of the country.
  4. Chicago – The team is doing inner-city ministry.

We also have 1 team preparing to leave.

  1. Zimbabwe – A team from our Mercy Works department is headed to Zimbabwe to see how we can be involved in relief work in this ravaged country.  Zimbabwe is currently experiencing a cholera epidemic and we are going to see how we can help.

Please be in prayer for all of the teams we have in the field right now.
